Summary

The grounds of the Ararteko, starting from the establishment in 1809 of a person comissioned by the swedish Parliament, the Ombudsman, are described. A short description of this figure and its task with regard to the Public Administration. A description of the first five years of the Ararteko´ s work is made, and the list of published reports is presented
