Summary
Hermilio de Olóriz (Pamplona, 1854-Madrid, 1919 was one of the foremost members of the Navarrese elite at the end of the 19th century beginning of the 20th. Poet, chronicler and Regional Government archivist, he brought together his more literary and historic facet in the defence of Navarrese liberty. All his efforts were rewarded during the transient surge of enthusiasm in regional jurisdiction, the Gamazada. He ended up retiring to his house of Auritz/Burguete.
In collaboration with the City Hall of Auritz-Burguete
