Summary
Cities suffer from numerous problems provoked by vehicular traffic: traffic jams, pollution, noise contamination? Urban planning has a bearing on mobility policies when deciding the use and classification of land. With the aim of reducing commutes, the European Union indicates that we must promote compact urban models.
