Summary
The beginnings of religion in the Basque Country are not well known, and there are several theories. Some say it was monotheistic, others polytheistic, naturalist, worshipping the sun or the moon. The Christian religion is studied from its late introduction in the Basque Country, during the Roman era, until the present day, and a method is provided for research thereof
