Summary

Social innovation goes in parallel with technological changes which are to be oriented towards solving social problems. The application of technology requires a socially constructive design, which is to be progressive in terms of training models, technological investment and legislative background in order to reduce the logical negative impact which, in the form of successive technological breakthroughs, may take place in the future.
