Summary

A transversal sampling of nuclear families residing in Biscay is analysed. Several anthropometric corporal composition measurements were taken and several indexes of fatdistribution were calculated. Two main factors were extracted by means of Analysis of the Main Components (ACP), inheritability was estimated (which was high) and several transmission hypotheses that point to the absence of a gender effect on descendants.
