Summary

This report describes the terms in which the action filed against the Town Council of Bilbao by Santiago Calatrava was filed for alleged violation of his intellectual property. This description is made exclusively from a professional and architectural point of view and gathers the author´s considerations on the intervention carried out on the pedestrian bridge and on the limits of artistic author´s rights in cases of works destined to prolonged public use. The literal content of the report has been respected.
