Summary

We shall now examine one of the various particularities of the current legal system in force in England and Wales in comparison with our system, like the entrance into the judicature, which is characterised, among other things, by the absence of a judicial career, by the lack of judges and by a singular judicial organisation. Since judges are chosen from among lawyers, we shall observe the studies they have to pass and we shall also study the characteristics of a solicitor and a barrister. Finally, we will analyse which is the procedure to follow in order to choose the judges in superior justice organs.
