Summary

Scenic Arts are widespread and enjoyed in collective and shared fields, and as almost always before, under the patronage of a certain "public administration" formula. In our country, which has a very short democratic history, and with clear attempts not to have freedoms consolidated, the possibility that creation, critique, or just simply innovation may blaze trails, seems to be at risk. All this happens in the midst of a "official culture" in which the values that allow us to distinguish ourselves as citizens are being substituted by the universal category of consumers.
