Summary
The aim of this research is to identify the keys that could be used in the development of Basque culture in the context of cultural rights. To this end, a snapshot of cultural rights in the Basque Country has been prepared through in-depth interviews; and the testimonies collected have been framed within a broader theoretical framework in order to posit proposals, challenges and doubts. In conclusion, the need to develop cultural rights in the Basque Country and the opportunity that this would mean are highlighted.
