Summary

Doctor Michel Leremboure describes the hunting of pigeons as it was traditionally practised in the pigeon grounds at Echalar and Sara at least as from the 14th or 15th centuries. He also describes the way in which the Sara Pigeon Hunting Society finally distributes the pigeons at the end of the day among the hunters.
