The manuscripts were acquired by the Diputations of Gipuzkoa, Navarre and Bizkaia. They were split into three sections: dialects and subdialects of the Basque language, the Basque language in general, strange languages as dialects from Italy, Scotland, Ireland, etc. The author narrates the division of manuscripts among Diputations and introduces the inventory of the manuscripts in possession of the Diputation of GipuzkoaSing up and download the publications of Eusko Ikaskuntza
