The changes this planet has undergone in terms of the environment have made us perceive that there are no unlimited resources and that we have several "environmental mortgages" to pay that are destroying our soils, forests and coasts. Now the paradigm of development in urban planning has to be replaced by the paradigm of sustainability in architecture with responsible construction activities combined with preserving resources.
