Summary
The euthanasia law in Spain is an invitation to reflect on its regulatory bases. In this article we do so from three perspectives: a philosophical one - through which we investigate the inconsistencies of these bases; a literary one - to highlight the relational nature of personal autonomy; and a constitutional one - to denounce certain aspects of the law that may contravene the Constitution.
