Summary

A review of the juridical framework applicable to state aid in the radio broadcasting sector, with special attention on the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country (CAPV). A study of the criteria of the European Commission in the consideration of the compatibility of such aid in the new environment of the radio broadcasting sector and a vision of public radio and television within that framework.
