Summary

Biography and work of Leoncio de Urabayen. He collected his scientific-humanist theories in "El Dique" (The Dike) , a novel that is located in 2014. In his first period, he was quite polyfacetical: he was a geographer, a narrator, a poet, etc. with the aid of Eusko Ikaskuntza - Basque Studies Society, he wrote "Human Geography of Navarre", in which he describes the relationship between the Society and the R.I.E.V, in which he publiched seven articles.
