Summary
The author studies the movements of the Celtic peoples in relation to the Basque tribes and the delimitation of the zones in which the Basque tribes were to be found. He also studies the autrigon cantabrians. The author does not believe that the peoples of the Roman era that were to be found in the northern zone would be Celtic, but they were natives of the Basque region
