In liberal societies, civic education is subject to several dilemmas arising, amongst other reasons, from cultural diversity and the moral pluralism of global society. These dilemmas are becoming more complex in the context of stateless nations. This paper aims to see how such dilemmas are elucidated within the framework of the Basque Autonomous Community.
