The urban organization is a set of complementary resources of uses and functions, which conduct towards dynamic processes about the distribution of the public place, and it is directly related to territorial, social and symbolic dimensions. This group of circumstances marks the limits of a metropolis. Therefore we can talk about a cosmopolitan view of the city or the idea of the city.
