Summary

Oihenart had a discussion about linguistics with Garibay who simply said that the words finished in "-a" were in the singular and those finished in "- ak" were plural. However Oihenart said that they were forms of the article. He had another discussion with Moral because this author had said that the Basque language was only spoken in the Basque provinces and that many other languages were spoken in the rest of the peninsula.
