Summary

In this work the positive effect of using a social model for promoting the physical and sport practice among school age girls is analyzed. This model looks for the coordination and the greater effectiveness of the initiatives of promotion in its different action levels and places. With this objective, the most important factors relating to the interpersonal relations, institutions, community and the educative and sport policies implied are considered.
