Summary

In this paper, I will analyse and describe what bioethic culture is. Our bioethic culture is formed by our principles, values, prejudices and feelings beyond our theory on health, life quality and death in dignity. I will explain that the labour of the committees of assistance, ethics and research, even being essential, is scanty to support the autonomy of patients.
