Summary

Amnesty International is a worldwide movement formed by people with the objective of effectively having human rights respected throughout the world. Among such rights is the right to health, which has been recognised by various international ; human rights instruments. In litigation of public interest before various national and regional level courts, the right to health has been recognised as a right that can be demanded traditionally both directly and by means of an ample interpretation of other rights such as the right to life.
