Summary

The principal aim of this paper is to determine the existence of parallels between Joseba Sarrionaindia and Xosé Luís Méndez Ferrín in various areas, including their lives and narrative work. By analysing their books, we have attempted to define their style and illustrate the external influences that impacted on them.
