Summary

This work pretends to demonstrate the functional distribution and performance of flat occlusives in Basque and in Spanish. With this purpose in mind, an analysis has been carried out, within an oral corpus of continuous speaking in informal speech by bilingual speakers with the predominance of Basque as L1, but with real proficiency in both languages, of the material belonging to a Gipuzkoan contributor.
