Summary

Elmer (EL Museo En la Red/The museum In the Net/museoa sarean) is a project carried out between the University of the Basque Country and the Science Kutxaspace in Miramón. The main objective of this project is the elaboration of activities for pedagogic renovation. In this attempt to approach the formal and informal aspects of education by means of the new technologies, we are making the best of the advantages of both contexts. The exercises that are carried out in the museum itself are intersperced with exercises that are to be carried out both before and after, thus certifying a single didactic unit. In fact, our purpose is the dissemination of science by means of training in multiple contexts, so as to be able to offer a richer education to the students.
