Summary
In the framework of the 4th Industrial Revolution, this paper explores two transformations: the digitalisation of production and the digitalisation of work through digital platforms. Our analysis of the digital transformation pays special attention to three areas: organisational models and the strategies adopted by companies; workers' digital competences and capacities.
