Summary

This conference is intended to illustrate the precedents of the Fuero of Zumaya, awarded in 1347. At the same time, there is also the objective of debating new problems and questions, by means of the analysis of new documentation. Lastly, it is proved that this was a process that was much more complex than previously thought.
