Due to the differences there is between the dialect from Bizkaia and the Basque language, Zuazo wonders if they are the same or different languages. He introduces a series of examples in which he shows the differences between the Bizkaian dialect and the rest of the dialects of the Basque language. The author then appeals to quotations of linguists who deals with the same topic. He compares this situation with that of Catalan and the language in Valencia
