From the tearing apart of the two Euskadis, personally experienced after the 1936 civil war, one reflects, now in the dawn of the post-ETA era, on the reconciliation of the Basques. After presenting the role of the perpetrators and the victims (with a proposed Typology) the role of reserved oblivion, memory and forgiveness is urged.
