Consumo de frutas y hortalizas en niños ¿Es posible modificar hábitos alimenticios?

This study describes the two phases of an intervention programme aimed at increasing fruit and vegetable consumption among schoolchildren aged 8 and 12 years. Phase I of the programme resulted in a favourable evolution of participants' intention to eat more fruit and vegetables, while phase II increased their de facto consumption of these foods.
