Justo Garate?s life was governed by four principles: family, country, religion and science as a profession. Other values that were profoundly rooted in his spirit are explained as from such characteristics of faith and life: a liberal humanism that that places ethics before needs and fancies. As from his birth in Bergara up to his death in Mendoza, he knew how to offer his dedication and conduct as an example of life, perfectly valid in our times and relevant for our history.
