Some thirty researchers participate in this 18th issue of Mediatika. Cuadernos de Medios de Comunicación, with a wide range of studies and analyses. Cybermedia and transmedia, "hyperconnected journalism", educational innovation in the teaching of Social Communication, television news and the new television platforms on the Internet, vertical portals, communication via social networks and the presence of science and women in Basque cybermedia are some of the topics of reflection that make up the journal's table of contents.
Mediatika. Cuadernos de Medios de Comunicación is managed through the OJS platform, and all articles can be read and downloaded free of charge. This is the fourth issue published jointly by the Gureiker Research Group of the UPV/EHU and Eusko Ikaskuntza.
