Summary

The objective of the study is to get to know the nutritional habits of students in the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) by means of dietetical and anthropometrical. Among the data obtained, especially noteworthy is the high incidence of overweight (25%) as well as the lack of balance in macronutrient contribution with respect to a balanced diet. Diets followed show a low carbohydrate intake and a high lipid and protein intake.
