Summary
Within the tremendously valuable documentation of the General Archives of Navarre there are the so-called Registros de Comptos (Registers of Accounts). These were ledgers systematically used by the administration of Navarre to register both the income and expenses of the crown from the 13th to 16th centuries. They are of considerable interest because within their pages the basic structure of all the medieval Navarran society is reflected. Through the accounts in the ledgers we can see economic problems, social problems, legal activity, international relationships, industrial and architectural typology, vocabulary and toponimy of the era, etc. In this case we present the transcription and indices of the so-called Registro de Comptos n? 6 corresponding to 1294. In it we can see the accounts of the districts of Pamplona, Tudela, Sangüesa and of the area of Estella.
