Summary

The resources of agricultural development in the Basque Country are the subject matter of the workmade by Arnaud d´Abbadie and Jean Errecart. The rearing of bovines is in regression and the race called "blondaof the Pyrinees" must be selected; the rearing of pigs is satisfactory. It is still necessary, however; to eliminate mediocre grains. Finally, corn derivatives are assured for several years. General conclusion: tin spite of quality, there is no hope.
