The archives studied from the point of view of conservation, undergo physical pollution (dust), biological pollution (microorganisms), stains (chemistry reactivity), frailability (crumbling of the matter) and in some instances a zonal loss (partial loss of matter). This study covers the Archives of Bermeo, Valmaseda, Baracaldo, Durango, Ondarroa, the Archives of the Corregidor and the Ecclesiastic Archives. A proposal is made for action consisting of the creation of a restoration workshop
