Summary

The Castilian spoken in Navarra, mainly in the North, is rich in lexical interferences coming from the euskera. The great part of these words belongs to the field of material culture of basque people. This result has been provided by a careful study o linguistical facts collected basically in Atlas Lingüístico y Etnográfico de Aragón, Navarra y Rioja. A complete account of these words is made in this paper and attention is also paid to historical contacts between both languages. Sociolinguistic has been helpful in order to obtain conclusions.
