Summary

It could be stated that the Constitutional Court´s sentence of 28th June 2010 on the Statute of Autonomy of Catalonia 2006 is one of the sentences that has had a more essential influence on the State of Autonomies in recent years. It was not an easy task to try and reach an agreement on this resolution and on the seventh attempt a consensus was finally reached on a sentence. In this paper, we have attempted to take a closer look at its most significant aspects.
