Summary

In a hyper-competitive universe, corporate inmediateness of response to market demand has become a rule of survival. On the other hand, if all companies are at the same level, the one which possesses the highest informative agility and intervention speed will be the one that will prosper. In this context, the adoption of new communication technologies is unavoidable. Under the appearance of technological celebration and of time profitability, many thind that this evolution is necessarily positive. But it is also provoking, at the level of human relationships, some perverse effects (such as the informative saturation of certain executives, a generalization of urgency and of what is random, negative reactions of nomadic personnel wich are now constantly controlled by mobile telephony). If we are not careful, these effects can beget new disfunctions without even provoking new conflictive relationships in up to now unpublished topics (for example the right to disconnection and to isolation).
