Summary
The fundamental question raised by the SDGs, which aim to "transform our world", is whether they propose this transformation by doing the same as before, or whether this means a questioning of orthodox economic theory. The article identifies three lines of action, developing one, social accounting as an instrument of transition and real change in economic compression.
