Summary

The objective of this study is to estimate the fall in dialysator clarification ; during dialysis as measured by OCM and to analyse possible factors that may have an influence therein. We analysed the patients in our unit who were undergoing on-line hemodiafiltration treatment during one month. We concluded that on-line ; hemodiafiltration allows for good clarification throughout the session and that the OCM module allows for easy dialysator monitoring throughout the session.
