Summary

This communication summarises the research work that Elkarri, the social movement in favour of dialogue and concordance, is elaborating on "New forms of participation in the social movements". From the experience of almost ten years at work, Elkarri attempts to adapt to the new Basque social reality in which it works. In a complementary manner, an introduction is made on how such reflections have been applied to the Peace Conference project that is now being promoted.
