The following communication outlines the need for planning and use of technical instruments that would provide for a cultural-educational project, like the Music Schools, in accordance with the realities of a given environment. Since such centres have, among their main objectives, the promotion of cultural life in the local area they are in, it is indispensable to define accurately the administrative and academic management instruments to obtain the afore-mentioned objectives.
