Summary

The "Gipuzkoa 2020" Strategic Reflection Process has the objective of defining the strategic challenges of the future, that is to say, to identify what elements are perceived as opportunities and/or threats in their application or presence within that territory. In the first part of the reflection process four strategic challenges for Gipuzkoa in 2020 were identified: Civil society, education, territory and the economic activity. Based on this framework a set of activities for the coming years is designed.
