Summary

By means of learning a series of simple choreographic examples together with their original traditional rhythmic accompaniments, we try to introduce a series of structural, functional and methodological norms with respect to their dissemination in the new fields of action that are now looming over the horizon (education and sociocultural animation). We even introduce their full use as therapies for working with specific groups of people.
