Summary

The use of the fiscal normative faculty by statutory institutions, within the limitations both legally and internationally imposed to them, deserves a positive assessment. The creation of a common economic administration, the creation of instruments at the service of the economy, the economic development of the country, the proximity to the citizen... are all noteworthy achievements. Nevertheless, there are certain improvable aspects in which all of us will have to continue working.
