Summary

The main factors that affect the bioavility of iron are the chemical structure and the interations whith different compounds. There are some compounds or physiological conditions that alter the bioavility. To attend this deficienty and certain physiological situiations, sucha as pregnancy, who haver more iron losses. It´s very important to understand the factors that modify the absortion.
