Summary

This work covers the study of punctuation in Juan Manuel Calleja´s works. Itsinterest lies in the fact that its novel proposals of text analysis in which the old Latin scheme (based on the knowledge of elements and their repositioning according to the Latin or Spanish syntactic scheme) are clearly overcome and a more rational treatment is sought that is more in accordance with the postulates of ideology.
