Summary

To the traditional channels of attending citizens, that is, the inperson and telephone services, a new channel of citizen attention is now being incorporated that has a considerable potential: the INTERNET. The novelty of this channel is to be able to accede to municipal information and other information related to the town (street-map, activities, services, formalities, etc.), consult one´s own personal data (municipal census, fiscal data, state of applications, etc.) and carry out other formalities with the Town Council, in complete security, from home, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
